Terms of Service
The service
Sitepal provides an AI concierge widget for websites: it learns your website's content and your uploaded documents, chats and speaks with your visitors, captures leads and booking requests, and opens support tickets. You install it with a script tag, or we install it for you free of charge.
Subscription and billing
- The base plan is $49/month or $350/year with unlimited text conversations. Voice minutes are optional add-ons (100 min $20/mo, 300 min $55/mo, 1000 min $120/mo), enforced with hard caps: when your minutes run out, voice pauses and text continues, and your bill never exceeds your plan.
- Payments are processed by PayPal as a recurring subscription. You can change plans or cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and the service remains active until the end of the paid period.
- If a renewal payment fails, we retry and notify you; the widget pauses after a grace period until payment resumes.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or have the right to use the website and content you connect to Sitepal.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business facts you confirm (prices, policies, hours). The concierge answers only from your content, so keep it current.
- You may not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, including impersonation, spam, or collecting data from minors.
AI disclosure and limits
The concierge always identifies itself as an AI assistant and never claims to be human. AI answers are grounded in your content but can still make mistakes; the concierge is designed to admit uncertainty and take contact details rather than guess. You should review transcripts and keep your knowledge base accurate. Sitepal is not a substitute for professional, legal or medical advice.
Data
Leads, bookings and conversations captured on your website belong to you. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost business.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
